When taking a vacation that requires an overnight stay, there are a few things that people are going to consider as a means of lodging. This can include camping, a hotel or staying with a relative. While most of them have their own perks, camping with a RV may top them all.

Go at your own pace: With a hotel or a relative’s house, you’re going to have to rush to get there since you have reservations. An RV is different since you can simply travel at your own pace, and stop at a campground when you’re ready to stop.Never heard of this before? Get up to speed here.

It’s a house on wheels: Keep all your items in the back such as your bedsheets, the kitchen accessories, clothes and more. There’s no reason to pack up the luggage and take it in and out as you go. This alone is going to save a lot of hassle.

Cook your own meals: While some hotels have kitchens built into them, it’s rather rare. With an RV, you can store your food in the cabinets, refrigerator and you’ll be able to cook at your own pace with all the appliances that you’re accustomed to having at home.

While a hotel or relative’s house can have it’s perks, an RV can offer many benefits that one hasn’t thought of. Even if you don’t own an RV, consider renting one for your next trip.
